WADSWORTH <br />It is requested that the data herein be given formal consideration <br />by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular meeting of <br />October 10, 1989. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />;,,,The' --County has been petitioned by Betty J. Wadsworth, through <br />Michael D. Mann, her agent, for the release of a five (5) foot <br />utility and drainage easement, being the easterly five (5) feet of <br />`.`Lots 10 &, 11, Block 2, Tropical Park Subdivision, Section 12, <br />{.Township 33, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida; accord - <br />to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 43, of <br />.3uthe.Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. It is the <br />petitioners' intention to construct a 10,000 square foot retail <br />..,,store on. Lots 8, 9, 10 & 11, Block 12, Tropical Park Subdivision, <br />Plat Book 1, Page 43. <br />The- current* zoning classification is CG, General Commercial <br />:District. The Land Use Designation is Commercial. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by the Southern Bell Telephone <br />Company, Florida Power and Light Company, Florida Cablevision <br />,Corporation, City of Vero Beach Utilities Department, and the <br />,;:Indian River County Utilities, Engineering Division, and the Road <br />'Bridge Division. Based upon their reviews the following con- <br />='•ditions were recommended: <br />1) Florida Cablevision Corporation requests a utility <br />easement along the easterly lot line of Lot 8, Block 2, <br />Tropical Park Subdivision (see. attached review sheet). <br />2) Indian River County Utilities Division recommendsthat <br />the existing water main be removed by the owner, in <br />coordination with the Utility Department's removal and <br />relocation of the water meter and backflow preventer <br />(see attached review sheet). <br />5 <br />
