McCall and Mrs Julia <br />Kennedy, are in need of assistance at this time, it mas ordered that each be placed on <br />the pauper list to receive the sum of $8.00 per month, until the further orders of <br />this Board. <br />On account of the financial condition of the County, it was deemed advisable to <br />revise the amounts now being paid to the several people receiving aid from the County <br />out of the MOTHERS' PENSION FUND, and after carefully considering the same it was <br />ordered that the following persons, now receiving aid from this fund, be paid the <br />amounts as indicated: <br />Mrs Annie Park ....... $10.00 per month <br />Mrs Anna Mohr:....... 12.00 <br />Mrs Ada :Stokes....... 12.00 <br />Mrs Bessie Knight.... 12.00 <br />Mrs Mattie Ingram.... 12.00 <br />It was ordered that the name of Goo. T. Tippin be submitted to the Commissioner <br />of Agriculture' for appointment as Agricultural Enumerator for Indian River County,for <br />the year 1932. Payment of such services to be made by the State of Florida. <br />The following resolution was adopted: <br />WHEREAS, on account of the non-payment of taxes, and the limited amount that can <br />be levied for the Mothers Pension Fund, together with the unusual demand made ypon <br />such fund for the payment of Pensions to worthy mothers , such fund is now almost <br />depleted; and <br />WREREAS, there appears to be a reasonable balance in the Publicity Fund, from which <br />no expenditures are contemplated during the remainder of the present fiscal year, and <br />nothing has been placed in the next succeeding budget as contemplated expenditures from <br />such fund, <br />TUMFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sum of $475.00 be transferred from the <br />PUBLICITY FUND to the MOTHERS PENSION FM, upon the approval only of the 'State Comp- <br />troller, in order that sufficient funds be available to meet the monthly demands made <br />upon said fund. <br />Upon being put to a vote the foregoing resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited, were examined <br />and found correct, were approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. <br />Such bills and account being on file in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court. The war- <br />rants, issued from the respective funds being listed completely in the County Finance <br />Record as provided by law, reference to such record and the list so recorded being made <br />a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if the ' same were set out herein in <br />detail. <br />The Clerk of the Circuit Court having prepared estimates of the revenue and <br />receipts. from sources other than from taxes to be levied, reasonably to be expected <br />from the First day of October 1932 to the 30th day of September 19330 the said esti- <br />mates having been properly verified under oath were ordered spread upon the minutes of <br />the Board and the original to be filed as a part of the records of the Boards and is <br />in words and figures as follows: <br />GENERAL REVENUE FUND: <br />Tax Redemptions ......................18'00.00 <br />Occupational License taxes........... 125.0.00 <br />County Interest ...................... 600.00 <br />Rents ................................ 300.00 <br />TOTAL.............$3950.00 <br />FINE C FORFEI^1URE FUND: <br />Tag Redemptions ...................•..$' 500.00 <br />Fines and costs ...................... 5000.00 <br />TOTAL..........i... <br />$5500.00. <br />
