!OCT 1' 1989:.. <br />BOOK , 10 f4E 181 <br />AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SEBASTIAN FOR AMBULANCE STATION <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 10/5/89: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: DougWright,Wri Director <br />Emergency Management Services <br />DATE: October 5, 1989 <br />RE: FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN SEBASTIAN AND INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY FOR AMBULANCE STATION <br />The County is the lessee of the ambulance station in <br />Sebastian, which property is owned by the City of Sebastian. <br />The attached first amendment to lease would change the <br />insurance provisions of the lease to coincide with the <br />coverage provided through the Risk Management Department. <br />This change was requested by the County, and the City has <br />consented to the amendment. <br />Staff recommends the Board approved this amendment and <br />requests the Board authorize the Chairman to execute it on <br />behalf of the County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Scurlock being absent) approved the first <br />amendment to the lease agreement between Sebastian and <br />Indian River County for the lease of the ambulance <br />station in Sebastian, and authorized the Chairman's <br />signature. <br />AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />32 <br />oe <br />
