OCT e' <br />Bog 78 PAGE 19 <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, that the Board approve a relocation <br />allowance for the new position in the Utilities <br />Department as set out in the above memo. <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Bird asked if we are going to <br />have some sort of policy on who we move and who we don't, and <br />Administrator Chandler advised that he would be bringing that <br />recommendation back to the Board in the near future. He <br />explained that this individual is moving from Lakeland, Florida, <br />and that $1000 would be the maximum expense allowed. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
