ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The RFP was sent to: Arthur J. Gallagher 6 Company, the current <br />broker; Florida League of Cities; Florida Association of Counties <br />Trust (FACT); Arden -Waddell Insurance; Schlitt Insurance Services; <br />Sid Banack Insurance; and Acker -Hall Insurance. Subsequently, RFPs <br />were requested by Greenwich Risk Management and McCreary Corporation. <br />Responses were received from Gallagher, League of Cities, FACT and <br />Schlitt. <br />All responses were subjected to rigorous review both by Siver <br />Con-ultants and by the County's Risk Manager. Sixteen (16) <br />possible program options were reviewed, as we examined coverages, <br />costs and service capabilities.
