That the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, hereby vacates that portion of the Plat <br />of Park Shoresrecorded in Plat Book 10, page 74, Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Plat of Park <br />Shores as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 74, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida; run South <br />20°99'91" Meet 4 diatenae of 974.72 feet to the Point <br />Of Beginning; thence run North 69'00'14" East a <br />distance of 180.00 feet to a point; thence run North <br />20°55'51" West a distance of 284.75 feet to a point; <br />thence run North 69°00'14" East a distance of 94.65 <br />feet; thence run South 20°55'51" East a distance of <br />622.15 feet to a point; thence run North 69°00'14" East <br />a distance of 265.35 feet to a point; thence run South <br />20°55'51" East a distance of .420.85 feet to a point; <br />thence run South 69°00'14" East a distance of 540.00 <br />feet to a point; thence run North 20°55'51" West a <br />distance of 758.25 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />2.
