T. Cooksey represents 6 of the 7 remaining property <br />owners and they are agreeable to sell to the county the <br />right-of-way parcels at the May 1989 updated appraised values by <br />Napier Appraisal Services and Armfield Research, Inc. as follows: <br />Parcel #12 <br />T. Kennedy 3.389 acres <br />Attorney Fee <br />60 <br />$130,000. <br />$ 5,200. <br />
