McCAIN <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS FN INEER <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />BACKGROUND <br />-In May of 1989, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved the firm of Lloyd and Associates, Inc., to do <br />the assessment roll for the aforementioned job. The assessment has <br />been completed along with the construction plans and specifications <br />._for this job. We are now ready to go out to bid. <br />00, <br />-ANALYSIS <br />This project has been set up as an assessment district, and will <br />assess the property owners along the route of the proposed force <br />:.:main. To this end, we have prepared the first two of four <br />resolutions necessary for an assessment project and are now bringing <br />.them to the Board of County Commissioners for approval (see attached <br />4iresolutions and assessment roll with summary sheet). <br />4s.'.J`•5:,,:.
