Twore <br />Staff Planner <br />DATE: November 16, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR SYLVAN LAKES SUBDIVISION <br />SD -87-12-126 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of November 28, 1989. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Sylvan Lakes subdivision (formerly Twin Lakes subdivision) is a <br />proposed 68 lot subdivision of a ±29 acre parcel of land located <br />at the southwest corner of 58th Avenue and 41st Street. The <br />subject property is zoned RS -3, Single Family Residential 3 (up to <br />3 units/acre) and has a land use designation of LD -1, Low Density <br />Residential 1 (up to 3 units/acre). <br />Sylvan Lakes Subdivision: <br />Project Area: ±29 acres <br />Number of lots: 68 <br />Lot sizes: 12,000 to 17,400 square feet <br />Proposed Density: ±12.3 units/acre. <br />At its regular meeting of November 10, 1988, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat approval and the <br />owner's agent Lloyd and Associates, Inc. is now requesting final <br />plat approval and has submitted the following: <br />2 <br />
