Commissioner Eggert felt the only problem we have is with <br />the library. There is a need for the libraries to stay open, but <br />that can be worked out by itself, and Commissioner Bowman noted <br />that these weekends only occur twice a year. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved the <br />1990 Holiday Schedule as set out above. <br />FLORIDA RIDGE SUBDIVISION - PAVING & DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT <br />The Board reviewed memo from Michelle Gentile, C.E.T.: <br />TO: James Chandler <br />County Administrator <br />THROUGH: James W. Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Director <br />FROM: Michelle A. Gentile C.E.T. <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Florida Ridge Subdivision <br />DATE: November 20, 1989 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />:The paving of the above subdivision has been completed. The <br />final assessment is as follows: <br />1) Florida Ridge <br />Prelim. Est. <br />$231,188.50 <br />(222 Parcels) <br />Final Cost <br />$189,386.82 <br />(182 Parcels) <br />.-.Originally there were 222 parcels on the preliminary assessment. <br />:?,,Now there are 182 parcels on the final assessment. This is due <br />the fact that the county now owns the Holland property which <br />i Mcontained eleven (11) parcels.
