McCoy, <br />Staff Planner, <br />Boling, AI <br />Development <br />Current Development <br />DATE: November 27, 1989 <br />SUBJECT: WILLIAM PRIESTLY'S REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />EXTENSION FOR THE JUNGLE CLUB (SP -MI -88-01-02) <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of December 12, 1989. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On December 8, 1988, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a <br />major site plan application submitted by William Priestly. <br />Approval was give to construct parking lot improvements at 1060 <br />6th Avenue. <br />Due to financial constraints, the applicant has been unable to <br />commence construction prior to the expiration of the approved site <br />plan. However, if no construction has begun by December 8, 1989, <br />the site plan approval will lapse unless otherwise extended by the <br />Board of County Commissioners. Pursuant to County regulations, <br />since the written request was received by staff on November 15, <br />1989, before the site plan expiration date, the Board of County <br />Commissioners can extend the site plan expiration date as request- <br />ed. <br />No regulations have changed since the time of site plan approval <br />that would apply to the site plan application. <br />2 <br />
