1 <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 23.2(G)(2), Appendix A of <br />the Zoning Code, Mr Priestly is requesting a full 1 year extension <br />of the approved site plan. It has been the policy of the Board to <br />grant extensions to projects which conform to current codes. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of Mr. Priestly's request for a one year <br />extension of the approved site plan; the new expiration date to be <br />December 8, 1990. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously granted <br />a one-year extension of the approved site plan; the <br />new expiration date to be December 8, 1990, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />B.
