EC 12 1969 <br />BOOK <br />Walking Horse Hammock Subdivision: <br />rr�) /n�' AGL. <br />I I��.iL 5 /, <br />Project Area: ±23 acres <br />Number of Lots: 45 <br />Lot Sizes: 12,052 to 32,350 square feet <br />Proposed Density: 1.96 units/acre <br />At its regular meeting of January 31, 1989, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat approval and the <br />owner's agent, Monte Falls, is now requesting final plat approval <br />and has submitted the following: <br />a. a final plat in conformance with the approved prelimi- <br />nary plat; <br />b. two executed warranty maintenance agreements; and <br />c. both a letter of credit and a performance bond guaran- <br />teeing the executed warranty maintenance agreement. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />All required improvements have been constructed by the developer, <br />and have been inspected and deemed acceptable by the Public Works <br />and Utilities Departments. The County Attorney's office has <br />reviewed all related documents and has indicated they are legal <br />and sufficient for final plat purposes. All applicable <br />requirements regarding final plat approval have been satisfied <br />with the acceptance of the warranty maintenance agreement and <br />posted securities. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval for Walking Horse Hammock Subdivision and <br />accept the warranty maintOnance agreement and posted securities <br />(letter of credit and performance bond). <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously granted <br />final plat approval for Walking Horse Hammock <br />Subdivision, and accepted the warranty maintenance <br />agreement and posted securities, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />4 <br />
