Commissioners passed Resolution No. 89-77 providing for the <br />abandonment and _vacation of that unnamed and unconstructed <br />road which was to connect North Jungle Trail and A -,1-A. <br />Since the right-of-way has been vacated and a new connection <br />to Jungle Trail -at the entrance to the Town of Orchid has <br />been provided, there is no longer any need to maintain <br />security for the construction of a second road. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Release Letter of Credit M-1652 from Florida National Bank <br />to Indian River County, which letter of credit was posted by <br />Orchid Island Associates Limited Partnership. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bird,Commissioner Scurlock having left <br />the meeting, the Board unanimously (4-0) authorized <br />the release of Letter of Credit posted by Orchid <br />Island Associates Limited Partnership for construction <br />of a second road, as described above. <br />RETURN OF FUNDS PAID IN LIEU OF BEACH ACCESS EASEMENT DEDICATION <br />The Board reviewed memo from Attorney Collins: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: , William G.
