ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Eggert, Commissioner Scurlock having left <br />the meeting, the Board unanimously (4-0) authorized <br />the following named animal control officers to issue <br />animal control violation citations: <br />Nathan McCollum <br />Deborah House <br />Richard Hollenbeck <br />Ronald Borden <br />Chairman Wheeler believed the legislation has changed so <br />that it would also allow some of our Code Enforcement Officers to <br />issue citations for violations such as parking on county RIW. <br />Attorney Brennan agreed, but noted that they cannot issue <br />citations until we adopt a R/W ordinance that includes parking <br />violations, and this is being worked on now. She explained that <br />we also will have to amend our Code Enforcement Board ordinance <br />to allow citations, but at that point we hopefully will be able <br />to issue citations for any violations of the Code, even including <br />books and other items borrowed from the libraries. <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GIFFORD SEWER PROJECT AS SUBSTANTIALLY <br />COMPLETE <br />,DEC 1a) <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by Commis- <br />sioner Eggert, Commissioner Scurlock having left the <br />meeting, the Board unanimously (4-0) adopted Resolu- <br />tion 89-160 accepting the Gifford Sewer Project as <br />substantially complete. <br />69 ROOK alb FS E.
