He further noted <br />that we are required to hold this meeting today for the DER and <br />EPA, and the transcript of this will be submitted to them to <br />demonstrate that we have got public input back into the process. <br />Board members pointed out that this is not a public hearing, <br />and Mr. Munksgaard clarified that what DER asked them to have was <br />a public meeting with the Commissioners, not a public hearing. <br />Administrator Chandler commented that, irrespective of the <br />kind of meeting this is, he felt it was important to get this <br />18 <br />
