MEETING 1/4-7190 <br />OUTSTANDING WATER BILL OWED TO INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY FROM THE ESTATE OF ARTHUR SMITH <br />In August of this past year the Indian River County <br />Utilities Department filed a'claim against the Estate of <br />Arthur Smith, deceased, for an unpaid water bill in the <br />amount of $19.21 for water furnished to a residence at 4204 <br />24th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida. <br />Since that time this bill has been paid. The attorney <br />handling the probate of the estate Is now requesting the <br />County sign a Satisfaction and Release of Claim form in <br />connection with this matter. <br />Since there is no'longer any monies owed to the County, we <br />request the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the <br />attached release. <br />9 <br />
