TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: January 16, 1990 <br />SUBJECT: NOTICE FROM DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE <br />THAT INDIAN RIVER COUNTY'S BUDGET <br />AND MILLAGE COMPLIES WITH SECTION <br />200.065 AND 200.068 <br />FROM: Joseph A. Baird <br />OMB Director <br />Indian River County Board of County Commissioners has received notice <br />from the State of Florida Department of Revenue that the mills a and <br />budget under the Board of County Commissioners taxing authority was <br />filed in a timely manner and is in compliance with Sections 200.065 <br />and 200.068 Florida Statutes. <br />MOORINGS & FLORALTON BEACH HOMEOWNERS ASSOC. STREET LIGHTS <br />BILLING AGREEMENT <br />The Chairman informed the Board that The Moorings Homeowners <br />people have requested the above agenda item be tabled till the <br />Regular Board Meeting of February 6th. <br />The Board had no objection to tabling this matter, but <br />Commissioner Scurlock expressed his concern about the potential <br />for setting a precedent and stressed that it will be important <br />for staff to come up with something that doesn't open Pandora's <br />box as he felt we have tried very hard to treat everyone the <br />same. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Bowman, the Board unanimously tabled the <br />above matter until the Regular Meeting of February 6th. <br />SEMI-ANNUAL BOND REVIEW <br />Administrator Chandler reviewed the following, noting that <br />it is just a requirement of law that this be presented to the <br />Board twice annually, and no action is required: <br />35 7 � <br />I� <br />
