When appropriate, open <br />positions will be advertised through other government offices, <br />newspapers, trade publications and other periodicals., <br />COMMENT: <br />1. Positions are considered open when an approved employment <br />authorization form is received in the Personnel Department. <br />2. Open positions will be posted for existing County employees by <br />utilizing the bulletin boards placed throughout County facilities for <br />general purposes. <br />3.
