The county shall encourage private groups to <br />p`rovi a recreation services and facilities to county residents by <br />taking the following actions: <br />By September 1990, revise land development regulations <br />to require that recreation facilities be provided within <br />planned residential developments; and <br />Incorporate within the proposed recreation impact fee <br />ordinance a provision for reducing fees for residential <br />developments which provide recreation facilities open <br />to the public. <br />Mr. Risinger felt the county should delete the reference to <br />impact fee credits for private facilities open to the public.
