Mascola, CPO Manager <br />Division of Purchasing <br />SUBJ: IRC BID#90-15\ALUNIIIQM BUILDINGS <br />On request from the Solid Waste Disposal District, IRC Bid 90-15 <br />8 x 8 Aluminum Building,..a Certified Letter was sent to the only <br />Bidder Acrcan Building Corporation of Fort Pierce, indicating that <br />their buildings were not acceptable and must be brought up to spec- <br />ifications by February 20, 1990 or the bid will be terminated. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />As of February 20, 1990, Acrcan Building Corporation, has not net <br />specifications of IRC Bid 90-15 and in their current state, the <br />structures are not acceptable. <br />Staff recommends the authority be granted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners to declare IRC Bid 90-15 cancelled. <br />11 BOOK 19 FA-U,LMZJ <br />FER 2 `11990 <br />
