ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by Com- <br />missioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously (4-0) adopted <br />Resolution 90-27 approving the assessment roll for the <br />paving and drainage improvements to 8th Ave. south of <br />2nd Street to the South Relief Canal, Indian River <br />Heights, Unit 8. <br />RESOLUTION 90-27 W/ASSESSMENT ROLL IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD. <br />Chairman Eggert opened the public hearing on the Paving and <br />Drainage Improvements assessments for 9th Avenue from 2nd Street <br />to the South Relief Canal and asked if anyone present wished to <br />be heard.
