SPECIAL DISTRICTS <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />Recycling Vendors, IRC Bid 90-42 <br />(Memorandum dated 3/19/90) <br />Item 8B. <br />BOOK F'AGE� j <br />Accept staff's recommendation with the following amendments and <br />additions: <br />#7 (Page 10 of staff's memo) in terms of minimum Jungle Trail <br />r -o -w, allow Mr. McQueen's management plan and buffering concept <br />also the mitigation will be worked out with staff; <br />#9 make a provision that street names can be used; <br />"M" (page 8) approve and will relate to stairs and chimneys. <br />"G" cut and fill requirements subject to Public Works <br />Director's approval. <br />ANYONE WHO MAY WISH TO APPEAL ANY DECISION WHICH MAY BE"MADE AT THIS <br />MEETING WILL NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS <br />MADE WHICH INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL WILL <br />BE BASED. <br />
