Tuesday, March 27, 1990 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission <br />Chambers., 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, <br />March 27, 1990, at 9:00 o'clock A. -M. Present were Carolyn K. <br />Eggert, Chairman; Richard N. Bird, Vice Chairman; Margaret C. <br />Bowman; Don C. Scurlock, Jr.; and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present <br />were James E. Chandler, County Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, <br />Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; Joseph Baird, OMB <br />Director; and Virginia Hargreaves, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and Commissioner <br />Wheeler led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />PROCLAMATION HONORING FIRE CHIEF JOHN ALLEN <br />Chairman Eggert read aloud the following Proclamation: <br />MAR 2 71990 BOOK <br />
