MCC <br />AND STAFFED CAPITAL PROD E INEER <br />BY: DEPARTMENT OF U VICES <br />SUBJECT: AGREEMENT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND MR. AND MRS. GREENE <br />TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE <br />BACKGROUND <br />Mr. and Mrs. Greene have requested that temporary water service be <br />installed from the temporary water line on 48th Court to service <br />their property at 4855 16th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32962, prior <br />to the installation of a water main on 48th Court. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of <br />Utility Services (IRCDUS) shall provide temporary water service to <br />4855 16th Street until such time that a water line is constructed on <br />48th Court by assessment. The' Greenes agree to pay all fees <br />required to make this connection. They further agree to participate <br />in the assessment and to reconnect to this water line as required by <br />IRCDUS. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the attached Agreement with the Greenes <br />on the Consent Actenda . <br />10 <br />
