APR 31990 <br />BOOK F6� WAGE <br />Sexton Properties of Vero Beach, Inc., for oversizing the mains <br />constructed, as per the standard amount of $2.00 per inch of <br />oversizing per foot of line installed, which is calculated as <br />follows: <br />12th St.: ($2.00 per inch of oversizing) (2" of <br />oversizing) (1,762' of line) _ $ 71048.00 <br />43rd Ave.: ($2.00 per inch of oversizing ) (6" of <br />oversizing) (305' of line) = 3,660.00 <br />Total for Oversizing: $10,708.00 <br />The County shall provide an 8" x 12" cross fitting, an 8" x 6" <br />reducer fitting, 3 plugs, and a 12" butterfly valve to enhance <br />future connections at the intersection of 12th Street and 43rd <br />Avenue. <br />Sexton Properties of Vero Beach, Inc., shall be reimbursed with 50 <br />percent of all impact fees paid for the subject property, and any <br />additional connections to these mains, not to exceed the total <br />allowed reimbursement of $10,708.00. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners execute the attached Developer's Agreement with <br />Sexton Properties of Vero Beach, Inc. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Developer's Agreement with Sexton <br />Properties of Vero Beach, Inc., as recommended by <br />staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WAGE RATES - WATER AND WASTEWATER PLANT OPERATORS <br />DATE: <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 3/23/90: <br />MARCH 23, 1990 <br />TO: JAMES E.
