requesting permission to use County Traffic Engineering <br />barricades to close the 16th Street parking lot adjacent to Vero <br />Beach High School, between 9:00 AM to 3:00 P.M. A rain day has <br />been set for April 28, 1990. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />Staff has considered this request and has no objections. <br />RECOMMENDATION & FUNDING <br />Staff recommends approval. CDS-343 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />A developer, Sexton Properties of Vero Beach, Inc., has oversized <br />water mains on 12th Lane and 43rd Avenue, across the frontage of the <br />subject development, at the County's request. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The project requires 1762' of 6" water main on 12th Lane, and 305' <br />of 6" water main on 43rd Avenue. The County requires an 8" water <br />line on 12th Lane and a 12" water line on 43rd Avenue, to correspond <br />with Master Plan sizing.
