RESOLUTION NO. 2013- <br /> County Commissioners has reviewed Chapters 21305, 77-572 and 79-480, and hereby recommends to <br /> the Commission that these three special acts of local application can be repealed. <br /> The foregoing resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner , and <br /> the motion was seconded by Commissioner and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br /> was as follows: <br /> Chairman Joseph E.
