Participate in a completion inspection and will prepare a punch -list of observed deficiencies in <br />the work. Conduct a final inspection to verify the contractor's correction of the punch -list items. <br />16. Prepare "as -built" record drawings of the project as may be required by the permitting agencies <br />and will submit such drawings along with completion certifications to the agencies.
