Adopt the attached resolution, approving release of conservation easement Tract C-5 of Serenoa <br />Phase 1 Subdivision as described in the attached resolution; and <br />2. Accept the proposed replacement conservation easement and authorize staff to have the <br />replacement easement and resolution recorded in the public records. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1. Proposed County resolution releasing easement. <br />2. Plat depicting conservation easement Tract C-5 proposed for release. <br />3. Application for release of easement. <br />4.
