RESOLUTION NO. 2014 - <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />CONSERVATION EASEMENT TRACT C-5 IN SERENOA PHASE I SUBDIVSION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a conservation easement ("Tract C-5") in Serenoa <br />Phase 1 Subdivsion; and <br />WHEREAS, the easement, as described below, is being replaced by a comparable conservation <br />easement, and therefore retention of the easement serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement: <br />Conservation Tract C-5 as shown on the plat of Serenoa Phase 1 Subdivision, recorded in Plat <br />Book 21, Pages 18 through 21, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner , seconded by <br />Commissioner , and adopted on the day of <br />2014, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Peter D.
