The developer also <br />• requires sewer service at his proposed facility. To this end, we <br />wish to enter into a developer's agreement for the construction of a <br />::Regional Lift Station on.the project site, as well as a Force Main <br />-:-on Oslo Road to serve the surrounding area. <br />CY: _ <br />"ANALYSIS <br />In keeping with our wastewater master plan, an 8 inch line will be <br />required on Oslo Road. The line will run from 27th Avenue to <br />Lateral J,•where it will proceed north and temporarily tie into the <br />Whispering Palms Lift Station. For details of the agreement, see <br />the attached developer's agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the attached _developer's <br />agreement with Oslo Plaza Associates. <br />Chairman Eggert wished to know just what this development is <br />as they don't seem to know about it in. Planning. <br />Administrator Chandler believed they have made some prelimi- <br />nary submissions to Planning but there has been no formal review <br />as yet. <br />Utilities Director Pinto felt that without this capacity, <br />they probably wouldn't be pursuing developing. Whether they get <br />their project approved or not, if they want to go ahead under <br />these terms, it is a crucial expansion for us, and he would <br />recommend approval of the agreement. <br />APR 10 1990 83 BOOK Fri F. <br />
