E. CLIENT SELECTION AND PROPERTY DISPOSITION SERVICES <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES OF THE ADMINISTRATOR(S) <br />The Administrator(s) shall provide the following services related to the <br />selection and qualifying of clients and the sale and/or rental of the properties <br />included in the County's NSP program: <br />1. Work with the County and the non-profit housing organization <br />partners to disseminate information to the general public regarding the program, <br />including the application procedure for the individuals or families wishing to <br />participate in the NSP project. <br />2. Work with the County and the non-profit housing organization <br />partners to develop application procedures and forms for prospective applicants. <br />3. Work with the County and the non-profit housing organization <br />partners to accept and process applications from prospective applicants. <br />4. Work with the County's non-profit housing organization partners to <br />verify the eligibility of prospective applicants as to income per requirements of <br />HUD and DDEO keeping within the requirements of the Privacy Act. <br />PART 2 <br />A.
