Other items not included in this Scope of Services are: <br />■ Permit applications and/or fees <br />■ Conceptual design/layout of the new WTP <br />• Land acquisition analysis related to the WTP itself <br />■ Funding applications <br />■ Development of population projections based on University of Florida BEBR or Shimberg Center <br />publications <br />COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The County will provide historical water usage data as needed. The County will coordinate with key <br />stakeholders to obtain input/comments on the critical project components prior to the start of the <br />evaluation task. The County will also coordinate with the MPO to obtain existing population data within <br />the urban service boundary. The County will provide a timely review of all deliverables and provide <br />reasonable advance notice of meetings to allow time for preparation of materials. County staff will <br />assist, if needed, with gaining access to the property for a field visit. The County planning department <br />and property appraiser will assist Consultant in reviewing the demand projections developed for this <br />study and in providing an opinion of land acquisition costs for the reservoir, respectively. <br />TIME SCHEDULE <br />Services will commence immediately upon receipt of notice to proceed (NTP). A draft feasibility analysis <br />will be provided within approximately 120 days of receipt of the NTP, dependent upon the timeliness of <br />receipt of requested data.
