MM File #1341 <br />NON-EXCLUSIVE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AGREEMENT <br />CONTINUING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />"EXHIBIT 1" <br />(Scope of Work) <br />• Project Description <br />Work Order No. 5 provides for professional services for the surveying, engineering, <br />specifications/bid documents, and construction observation for the Blue Cypress <br />Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant's structural repairs and painting rehabilitation. <br />The work to be performed as part of this Work Order will generally include providing <br />survey information; preparation of contract plans; preparation of specifications and <br />bid documents for structural repairs and painting of the steel package plant tanks; <br />assistance during bidding and contract administration/periodic construction <br />observation for the project. <br />The estimated Bid Cost for the Steel Package Plant Repair and Rehabilitation <br />Improvements covered in the Scope of Services for Work Order No. 5 is $ 100,000. <br />A brief description of the scope of services and deliverables for Work Order No. 5 is <br />provided below: <br />• Scope of Services <br />Task A —Surveying Services <br />Masteller, Moler, Reed & Taylor, Inc. will perform surveying services of existing <br />conditions covering the project area showing necessary elevations and topo to <br />support plant flotation calculations. <br />Task B — Structural Engineering Services <br />Masteller & Moler, Inc. will provide for structural engineering services to inspect the <br />existing wastewater tanks and provide detailed plans showing steel tank elements to <br />be removed and replaced to provide for the structural integrity of the tanks and <br />prolong the useful life of the treatment plant. <br />Task C — Civil Engineering Services <br />Masteller & Moler, Inc. will provide civil engineering services covering the <br />preparation of contract plans and specifications/bid documents showing and <br />44 <br />
