We like to conduct a goals meeting to discuss what $9,000
the key goals (2-4) should be and how they would be achieved and measured
(this would be completed on-site following our presentation for the community
stakeholders/community leader's summit#2 and include a small group of key
personnel; roughly 8-10 individuals). Following the meeting we synthesize the
key goals and develop tactics and a timeline to achieve the specified goals.
136
