Ranking of Indian River Lagoon Priorities <br /> p.m. (memorandum dated 4ugust_12, 2014)_____________________________ 571-580 <br /> Chairman O'Bryan announced that as a member of the Indian River <br /> Lagoon Counties Collaborative (IRLCC), the County has been asked <br /> to compile a list of the most important Indian River Lagoon <br /> improvement projects. He noted that the list will be presented to the <br /> IRLCC at its September 5, 2014 meeting, and that along with the <br /> other members' lists, will subsequently be presented to the <br /> Legislature. He thereafter directed the Board's attention to the <br /> proposed shortlist of priority projects outlined in his report (page <br /> 580 of the agenda package). <br /> Discussion ensued as individual Board Members discussed their <br /> preference for ranking the projects. <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br /> Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved the <br /> following ranking of the Indian River Lagoon water quality <br /> improvements projects: (1) Oyster Reef #2; (2) City of Sebastian <br /> Septic to Sewer Project; (3) Grand Harbor Reserve Project; (4) <br /> Nutrient Baffle Box Installation; (5) North County/Sebastian Oyster <br /> Mats Program; (6) Sebastian River Headwaters Stormwater <br /> Treatment Area; (7) Vero Isles; and (8) Tulip Lane Outfall Flexi- <br /> Pave Inlet Retrofits. <br /> B.
