A copy of any meeting minutes of the Saint John's River Water Management <br />District (SJRWMD) Governing Board pertaining to the reorganization of the IRL— <br />NEP, <br />3. A copy of any meeting minutes of the Saint John's River Water Management <br />District (SJRWMD) Governing Board pertaining to replacing Troy Rice as the <br />Director of the IRL— NEP. <br />4.
