TRG CFG PROJECT IV, LLC <br />Partial Release and Replacement of Easement <br />Page 2 <br />This request has been reviewed by County planning staff, County attorney staff, County engineering <br />staff, and the County surveyor. None of the reviewing staff expressed an objection to the requested <br />easement release and replacement, provided the relocation of the conservation easement boundary fence <br />and planting of supplemental native vegetation in the replacement easements (previously referenced <br />herein) occur prior to County recording of the easement release. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners: <br />1. Adopt the attached resolution, approving release of a portion of the conservation easement in <br />Huntington Place subdivision as described in the attached resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br />(a) Prior to recording of the resolution, the conservation easement boundary fence shall be relocated <br />to incorporate the replacement easement areas, and <br />(b) Prior to recording of the resolution, the replacement easement areas shall be supplemented with <br />native plantings subject to county environmental planning staff approval. <br />2. Accept the proposed replacement conservation easements and authorize staff to have the <br />replacement easements and resolution simultaneously recorded in the public records (subject to the <br />above noted conditions). <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1. Copy of easement release application. <br />2. Plat excerpt and sketch showing proposed easement release and replacement areas. <br />3. Proposed County resolution partially releasing easement (with survey sketch exhibit). <br />4.
