He felt this is something we should <br />be supportive of as it talks specifically about the SWIM Bill, <br />the lagoon, and wastewater facilities. This county's plants <br />would not be affected in that we do not discharge into any body <br />of water and reuse is practiced in each one of our plants. The <br />City of Vero Beach still has a discharge into the river, so it <br />would affect them. However, Boyle Engineering is in the process <br />of designing a system to reuse the City's effluent.
