<br />PUBLIC HEARING
<br />NOTICE
<br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of
<br />County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, will hold a Public Hearing at 9:05 AM on
<br />Tuesday, June 5, 1990 In the Commission
<br />Chambers located at 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida to discuss the advisability, cost
<br />and the amount of the assessments against
<br />each property for paving and drainage Improve-
<br />ments, to:
<br />')12th Avenue Between 12th Street and 14th
<br />Street
<br />2)15th Place East of U.S. #1 to 7th Avenue
<br />3) 85th Avenue and 85th Court in Paradise
<br />Park Subdivision
<br />4) 35th Avenue between 4th Street and 6th
<br />street
<br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the
<br />same public hearing, the Board of County Com-
<br />missioners shall also hear all Interested persons
<br />regarding the proposed assessments contained
<br />In the preliminary assessment rolls for the Im-
<br />provements described above. Thepreliminary
<br />assessment rolls are currently on file with the
<br />Clerk to the Board.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made by the Commission wlr.: respect to any
<br />matter considered at this hearing, he will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and that, for such
<br />purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings is made, which record
<br />Includes the testimony and evidence upon which
<br />the appeal Is to be based.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
<br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, the forego -
<br />Ing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their en-
<br />Tethe foregoing resolution was offered by Com-
<br />missioner Scurlock who moved Its adoption. The
<br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Wheeler
<br />and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as
<br />follows:
