Gentile, C.E.T. <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing for the Paving and Drainage Improvements <br />to: <br />1) 12th Avenue between 12th Street and 14th Street <br />2-) 15th Place east of U.S. 1 to 7th Avenue <br />3) 85th Avenue and 85th Court, Paradise Park <br />Subdivision <br />4) 35th Avenue from 4th Street to 6th Street <br />DATE: May 22, 1990 <br />--------------------------------------- <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On May 15, 1990 the Board of County Commissioners adopted four <br />Resolutions, Nos. 90-60, 90-61, 90-62, 90-63, providing for <br />certain paving and drainage improvements to: <br />1) 12th Avenue between 12th Street and 14th Street - 34% in <br />favor <br />2) 15th Place east of U.S. 1 to 7th Avenue - 74% in favor <br />3) 85th Avenue and 85th Court, Paradise Park Subdivision - <br />55.8% in favor. <br />4) 35th Avenue from -4th Street to 6th Street - 69% in favor <br />On May 15, 1990, the Board of County Commissioners adopted <br />another Resolution No. 90-59 setting the date and time for a <br />Public Hearing to discuss the advisability, cost and amount of <br />the assessment against each property owner. This hearing is <br />scheduled for June 5, 1990. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve <br />assessment rolls, and confirming resolutions with changes, if <br />any, made after input at the Public Hearing. Revised confirming <br />resolutions and assessment rolls will be forwarded to Chairman <br />of the Board for signature. <br />JUN 5 199035 <br />
