we will be curbing and cross sloping the road so that stormwater <br />runnoff will go to a catch basin on the south side. <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis advised that the only change <br />would be a reduction in the total length of the project and <br />removing some frontage from the assessment roll. The rest of the <br />property owners' assessments will not change. This only affects <br />one or perhaps two property owners. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing, and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard on the paving of 15th Place.
