we will be curbing and cross sloping the road so that stormwater <br />runnoff will go to a catch basin on the south side. <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis advised that the only change <br />would be a reduction in the total length of the project and <br />removing some frontage from the assessment roll. The rest of the <br />property owners' assessments will not change. This only affects <br />one or perhaps two property owners. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing, and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard on the paving of 15th Place. There being <br />none, she closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 90-71, confirming the assessment roll for <br />certain paving and drainage improvements to 15th Place <br />east of U.S. #1 to 7th Avenue as modified with regard <br />to the removal of one or two properties as recommended <br />by Public Works Director Davis. <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL IS ON FILE 1N THE OFFICE ,OF THE CLERK TO THE <br />85th Avenue and 85th Court, Paradise Park <br />Michelle Gentile of Engineering read aloud the following <br />letter received from Attorney Christopher Marine, representing <br />Number Fourteen Corporation: <br />►�iUti ¢1 43L�Q <br />E.te.. <br />
