ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 90-69, formally accepting utility easements <br />dedicated by the plat of Breezy Village Mobile Home <br />Subdivision, Unit 1 at Plat Book 9, Page 34, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-.EqM <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING UTILITY <br />EASEMENTS DEDICATED BY THE PLAT OF <br />BREEZY VILLAGE MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION; <br />UNIT 1 AT PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 34, PUBLIC <br />RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, the fee simple owners of land described <br />In the Plat of Breezy Village Mobile Home Subdivision, Unit <br />1 as shown as Plat Book 9, Page 34, Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida, dedicated easements shown on the plat <br />for the use of the property owners Fn that subdivision and <br />necessary utilities on March 18, 1976; and <br />WHEREAS, by the express language of the <br />Certificate of Dedication and the Certificate of Approval by <br />the Board of County Commissioners, the easements would not <br />be accepted or maintained by Indian River County until there <br />was a formal acceptance of streets and/or easements or any <br />part thereof by Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has taken over <br />operation of the private utility system within the Plat of <br />Breezy Village Mobile Home Subdivision, Unit 1, and as such <br />are the necessary utility provider, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />those easements shown on the Plat of Breezy Village Mobile <br />3 <br />JUN 5.1990 BOOK 80 ["a <br />
