F, <br />JUN 51990 <br />BOOK 80 PAGE 20.'. <br />Commissioner Wheeler requested the addition of a brief <br />report on his suggestion to Judge Geiger for transporting the <br />jurors in the Wyatt trail from Pensacola to Vero Beach. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously added <br />the above items to today's Agenda. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Scurlock requested that Items I and N be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion, and Commissioner <br />Bird requested that Item F be removed also. <br />Approval for Out -of -Country Travel <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Scurlock, the Board unanimously <br />approved out -of -country travel for Commissioner <br />Scurlock to attend GRCDA's Annual International <br />Solid Waste Exposition, August 20-24, 1990, in <br />Vancouver., British Columbia, Canada. <br />B. Vitunac - County Attorney <br />DATE: May 23, 1990 <br />RE: BREEZY VILLAGE UTILITY'EASEMENTS <br />The Utility Services Department has recently undertaken <br />responsibility for water and sewer service to Breezy Village <br />and, as part of the interconnection of this park with the <br />regional system, It Is necessary for the County to formally <br />accept the platted utility easements within the park. <br />The attached resolution is this formal acceptance and staff <br />recommends approval and authorization for the chairman to <br />execute It. <br />2 <br />I <br />
