Discussion
continued about a specific date, and it was agreed to continue
this discussion over to the meeting of July 10th.
COMMISSIONERS SCURLOCK AND BOWMAN AGREED TO ADD
CONTINUANCE TO THE BOARD MEETING OF JULY 10TH TO
THE ABOVE MOTION.
Some discussion followed regarding determining actual costs
accurately, and Mr. Flick stated that he could provide his real
estate information. He continued to emphasize that his is not a
"take it or leave it" package;" it is just one design or
concept.
THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
It was voted on and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, on Motion duly made,
seconded and carried, the Board adjourned at 11:20 o'clock P.M.
ATTEST:
Clerk Chairm
38
