Mr. Halback clarified that the second phase brings us to the <br />103,000 sq. ft., which is what requires the 515. The third phase <br />goes up to 133,000 sq, ft. by 2010, and at that time the City has <br />agreed to re-evaluate according to the need demonstrated. <br />Mr. Halback continued his presentation, reviewing the three <br />completely different alternatives presented at the January <br />meeting.
