Chandler, <br />County Administrator <br />FROM: James W. Davis, P.E., <br />Public Works Director <br />$�' <br />ur U� 1 <br />SUBJECT: Final Pay Request from Dennis L. Smith for <br />Miscellaneous Intersection Phase III A <br />DATE: July 10, 1990 FIDE: MISCIIIA.AGN <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The construction of the Miscellaneous Intersection Phase <br />IIIA has been completed by Dennis L. Smith, Inc. The <br />project has been accepted by the County Engineer. <br />The contractor is requesting final payment in the amount of <br />$25,083.96 which is the retainage. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends approval of the final payment in the amount <br />of $25,083.96. Funding in the amounts of $8,361.32 from <br />District 4 Traffic Impact Fees, $8,361.32 from District 6 <br />Traffic Impact Fees and $8,361.32 from District 9 Traffic <br />Impact Fees. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Scurlock, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved final <br />payment in the amount of $25,083.96, as set out in the <br />above staff recommendation. <br />47 <br />
