Thompson, P.E., 5 <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Execution <br />of the DNR FRDAP Grant Agreement <br />for Treasure Shores Park - Phase I <br />DATE: July 2, 1990 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The Department of Natural Resources has requested that the <br />County accept the $120,000 Florida Recreation Development <br />Assistance Program (FRDAP) grant for Phase I construction of <br />Treasure Shores Park by formal action. <br />The attached resolution authorizes acceptance of the grant <br />and grant conditions; and execution of the FRDAP Project <br />Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends that the Chairman be authorized to execute <br />the attached resolution and the attached FRDAP Project <br />Agreement. <br />The County's $60,000 match for construction will be funded <br />from Account #311-210-572-066.51 - Treasure Shores Park. <br />J U L 17 SO <br />52 <br />
