- M <br />which has a water plant, Utilities is receiving that, and when <br />the final inspection is done, they will give Utilities a bill of <br />sale and we will operate and maintain that facility because we <br />have held its hand right from the permitting stage through <br />construction and it has met all of our standards. <br />Director Keating confirmed that staff will clarify what <br />dedication and maintain means. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to speak on Chapter <br />918. There were none. <br />Planning Director Stan Boling informed the Board that there <br />will be a Chapter 912 re Single Family Development, but we do not <br />have it now; that probably will be the last ordinance done.
